Article 1: Scope and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Jolood (the “Company”) and the buyer (the “Customer”) for any purchase made through the website www.jolooud.com (or the official sales channels of Jolood).
By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions without reservation.
Jolood reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to comply with legal requirements or improve user experience. The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in effect on the date of the order.
Article 2: Orders
Placing an order on the website requires acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
No order can be validated without this acknowledgment.
Once the order has been confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the Customer.
Orders are considered final only after full payment has been received.
After validation, orders cannot be canceled or modified, except in cases permitted by law.
Article 3: Payment
Payments are secure and can be made through the payment methods available at checkout (including credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other methods displayed).
Once payment is completed and the order is validated, no cancellation is possible.
Article 4: Shipping & Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the Customer during checkout.
Jolood will provide a tracking number once the order has been dispatched, allowing the Customer to track their package until delivery.

Orders may be shipped via: bosta, depending on destination and availability
Customs duties or import charges may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Article 5: Returns and Refunds
If an item does not meet the Customer’s expectations, they have 7 days from receipt to request a return.
Return procedure:

The Customer must contact Jolood Customer Service via email to initiate the return request.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unworn, and undamaged.

Any product showing signs of use or damage will be refused.
Return shipping:

Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

The Customer must ship the package to the return address provided by Jolood via email.

A valid tracking number is mandatory. Jolood will not be responsible for lost or stolen return parcels without tracking.
Refunds:

Refunds are issued within 15 days from the date the returned package is received and inspected.

Do not contact us regarding the refund before the 15-day period has passed.
Defective item:

If the Customer believes the product is defective, they have 7 days to notify us and return the item.

If the defect is confirmed by Jolood upon inspection, a full refund will be issued, including the initial shipping fees paid.
